recharge not visible in jio
Got a 250mb recharge voucher in some spin and win tab in jio app months ago.found message that voucher for same is credited, they sent this message last month. So, activated thru voucher section last week and this started showing under add ons section. Validity was till base plan validity which is till next year. Now was going to recharge with some other plan and this 250mb cannot be seen anywhere.where did it go? Can we complain about this anywhere? Do they do things like this all the time? Suppose i recharge with a plan and it is under queue then can they remove the same too?

I don't care about 250mb, question is if i recharge with 800rs. Plan then is it safe to keep it in queue?

I believe those spin/win voucher is valid for sometime and not with the base plan, it might be expired.
It’s safe to keep the plans in queue, I had 3 years+ plan in queue, I recharged during the price hike news, still 1 more year+ left.
