I have to recharge a couple of annual packs for me and my family in two -three days.
Most of them are jio and one is Airtel. I am just wondering what would be the way to save maximum?

In my Airtel number existing plan is 479 for 56 days and validity is still not over so if I do now an annual recharge plan of 2999 what will happen to existing plan"s validity ? Will it get expired ? Will the new annual plan gets qued just like in Jio ?f

Better to wait till expiry of pack.
And don't recharge without sending port sms because they offered me 500mb extra data per day.

For Airtel, get your recharge done from another Airtel Subscriber, who's number is registered under Airtel Recharge SuperHero program. That's 4% discount. For payment, select the option of Amazon Pay Wallet in Airtel Thanks App.
Besides, there's a couple of offer coupons available on Amazon both for Airtel and Jio, which gives 15% upto ₹30 or ₹40.
