Dear respected dimers! I mistakenly recharged wrong Paytm fastag account through Simpl pay later. After reaching out to the Simpl support, they said they can't reverse the transaction and advised me to contact Paytm support. After raising this issue to the Paytm fastag support, they replied that the person to whom I recharged is not cooperating for the recharge reversal procedure and therefore they couldn't proceed with it. I know it's completely my mistake but is there any other way to get my money back ?
