Recommend TWS for replacement of Jabra Elite 65t

I got a Jabra Elite 65t in Feb 2021. Yesterday it started having charging problems as in it is no longer charging in the case. The charging case seems fine. I have emailed Jabra and will have to get it replaced under warranty but still want to have alternatives ready.
The reasons I like Jabra Elite 65t are..
Physical Buttons, I like them better than touch controls.
Hear Through / Transparency. This functionality is preferred and with 65t, I could just double press the right one and it would enable / disable hear through. Would love similar functionality.
Anyone has any alternate options for me which suffice my needs mentioned above?
