Preferably something for which person doesn't have to visit hospital (home sample collection).

I think he is only interested in pathology tests. Yeah, a physical checkup is a more conclusive full body health checkup and includes Ultrasound, X-ray, TMT, ECG etc.
Check the thyrocare package on pharmeasy. A 90 tests package was available for 949 (after coupons) when I took it last week. It was pretty comprehensive including vitamin tests. They collect blood n urine samples from home. The report will be available online (pdf) within a few hours.
949 is a great deal but do check ur reports with others , i know it will cost u extra , but nowdays u can't be sure of the results, there is a lot of dissimilarity btw the results, i do have faced these situations, that's y...

I see that there are 2 big group (Aarogyam , Full Body) and then within each of these 2 groups, there are 10+ tests. So confusing!
