Got a message that I have more than 200 dimes and they can be redeemed. I have applied for e-voucher supplying email address (instead of home address). But my dimes are still there after 3 days and also I got no confirmation.
Did I do something wrong while redeeming?

I am also facing the same issue contacted @bumblefoot manytimes but no response.
Out of office (chutti pe) hai wo bhai. Tang mat karo abhi usey.
“Thank you for reaching out. I am currently on leave with no access to emails. I will reply when I join office back after few days. Please reach out to my manager for any queries.”
This is one solution to many problems in life where no urgency is their request and forget.
