Can we cancel flight bookings booked through intermiles and get refund ?
or they are always Non-Refundable.
Is there anyway to use intermiles to book flight tickets with refund option ?

problem is conversion rate . 5200 points gives only 1000 Amazon GV.

Unless you have big numbers it’s useless.
