I have 1 year old redmi 9 prime phone. Suddenly from last 2-4 months phone gets switch off Automatically. In a day get switch on switch off multiple times. I mean it just boot and immediately switch off. While using phone get phone locked and have to use finger print or password to open phone. I'd any one has this issue?

Seems Power button is faulty or pressed by cover or whatever.

On single press, mobile screen goes off. If power button keeps pressed for few seconds, it reboot.

Multiple hardware issue can create thjs problem. Does your phone reboot abruptly without showing phone is switching off logo. Random restart can be due to also faulty battery. Keep your phone in charging & notice if the gets restart or not, if it does not restart then defiantly battery problem. Furthermore power button, faulty power IC, CPU emmc dry soldering can also be the reason for the restart.

Only rare cases it restart when on charging. It restart any time also other than battery charging of phone. Phone shows switch off restart etc 3-4 logos automatically like if we pressed an power button. I don't know what is exactly an reason
