Hey guys,
It was a long due request from many of our dimers, but finally we are live with our fresh gift store. Now you all can apply for gift request, keep track of orders and all vouchers will be mailed to you within 48 hrs. Its now completely automated.
So now redeeming dimes will be much faster and easier for you all. We will keep adding more and more gift stores.
Redeemed Amazon gv worth 500 on 25th Jan. Status shows delivered, but haven't received the gift card. Request Id : 1674666545

Also one query, i believe this system is automated, how can it fail to deliver gift cards so frequently then? I can see so many failure requests.
Actually if you message the admin team, mentioned in the gv status page, then they ll promptly resolve the issue. 🙂🙂🙂 In these matters DD doesn't compromise. 🙏
We are checking on this. One known reason based on earlier such issues was that dimer had marked mails as spam and so couldn't received them. Whoever facing those issues Please check on that once. We will look into other if any and resend them again
Sir, I have checked properly all the folders in mail and I never marked spam. But still dd automatic system unable to deliver it even after waiting so many days. Status is showing only confirmed but not delivered. (Request ID 1674560574 )
