Check at the airline website.

Just call the airline to cancel the ticket. They will verify your details and then you can cancel or change the ticket.
I once faced same problem with happyeasygo ticket and then called Spicejet to change the dates. The amount was paid directly to them .

That is why MANY MANY dimers are saying to avoid it

I am not happy with this site guy plz don’t use happy easy go. Use other site yatra or make my trip. I had not got my refund one. And it happened to me 2 times. I always suggest to my friends not to book from easyhappygo site. They don’t have phone numbers to contact them.

I had my booking from happy easy go go air my pnr no NYQ3MD i book on 27 sep but it was cancelled from go airline I’m not getting my refund I call happy easy go custumecare number but it’s not work and I do thi mall but they not clear when they give refund if there cancell booking then they I have to know when they are giving us refund why they are giving as refund
