[Resolved] MOBIKWIK seems to be real cheaters. Refund not credited for failure transaction even after 2months

Dont go for MOBIKWIK.

here is my experience

I attempted Idea post paid bill payment of Rs.307 on 30-May-2013 thru credit card. The amount was debited from my credit card and was billed. To my surprise the idea bill payment was not done. I called their customer care they told it will get refunded in 7-21 working days and they told to try once again. which i tried again same issue.

My card was billed twice for the amount. and it was not refunded till date.

following is the communication i have done on their website. from past one month there is no reply from them. and also not picking up my calls

Thank you for sharing with us why our service failed to meet your expectations.
We seriously regret the inconvenience caused!

I understand your Payment was not updated in real time as the payment transaction was reflected as unsuccessful at the Payment Gateway and thereby was not received by MobiKwik on 30th May but was captured later.
This is the reason we were not able to update your payment when you raised ticket.

Moreover , we do monthly reconciliation with PG’s but even after that your payment state was showing as Pending instead of successful.
After sending your bank statement , payment gateway responded that it was a mistake at their end.

Although , occurrence of such issues is very rare .Only 9 users have faced this issue till now.
Unfortunately , your case was one of them.

Also,I would like to share with you that our internal department is working seriously on this.
We are already discussing this issue with our payment gateways & will make sure that our consumers do not face such issues in future.

You have faced this inconvenience of following up with us for so long therefore we have updated your wallet with Rs 100.

Anyways 2months torture ends here somehow. But the money was credited to mobikwik balance.

I might be very happy if you credited to my account.

Thanks to desidime, it seems without you i might not get the response.

I want to take back the title words …(cheaters). Admin can you plz edit it.

Yestarday I booked a ticket through Mobikwik and Apply promocode TRAVEL200,
but didn’t get refund in my account. I contact to customer care they say U didn’t applied promo code…
They are cheating to us…
I recommend dont use MOBIKWIK…..
its worst experience…

I request you to understand my issue properly and refund the money 1904/- to the original mode of payment instead of wallet balance which is of no use. The DTH, Sundirect recharge of Rs 1908/- denomination is not accepting from your end (attached the screenshot). Showing invalid amount selected, but valid as per other recharge sites.

Mobikwik is not good company in terms of cashback or payment gateway.

It starts converting normal user into KYC user by blocking accounts

Seriously dont go for MOBIKWIK.

As mentioned above same this is happened with me but in my case amount is <6000. As i was paying light bill. (I done payment on 19JUN) They said transaction fail but money is deducted from bank. And after 2 week also i did not received the amount. But Mobikwik customer replied me the amount will definitely be credited back to the source account within 7-21 working days.
My ticket no is #8603491.

And other thing is that they given the customer care no – 9466446644. But no use it will not connect very poor service. And even you cant delete account by your OWN you have to raise ticket but in that also they will say you cant delete the account. Very poor.

I have made a payment of Rs 8,000 on 24th july from mobikwik , but on 25th july my payment declined .
I got a notification that my money will be credited within 7 working day in bank account .
Still now i dont get my refunded amount and notification on mobikwik showing that amount is refunded
And it is not credited in my bank account ..
When i will get my money back .

@Mobikwik First of all I will tell I used mobikwik first time and when I tried to recharge automatically mobikwik generated ZIP and paid 555 bill of recharge and I was charged 99 activation fees without informing and secnd thing I was told to get cashbcak of rs 100 if I use mobikwik rechrge first time on my jio I did it and it’s been 10 days I haven’t got ..very dissapointed it is a huge request to all of you stop using mobikwik it’s not proving good results
