We seriously regret the inconvenience caused!
I understand your Payment was not updated in real time as the payment transaction was reflected as unsuccessful at the Payment Gateway and thereby was not received by MobiKwik on 30th May but was captured later.
This is the reason we were not able to update your payment when you raised ticket.
Moreover , we do monthly reconciliation with PG’s but even after that your payment state was showing as Pending instead of successful.
After sending your bank statement , payment gateway responded that it was a mistake at their end.
Although , occurrence of such issues is very rare .Only 9 users have faced this issue till now.
Unfortunately , your case was one of them.
Also,I would like to share with you that our internal department is working seriously on this.
We are already discussing this issue with our payment gateways & will make sure that our consumers do not face such issues in future.
You have faced this inconvenience of following up with us for so long therefore we have updated your wallet with Rs 100.
