Refund of air ticket booked during lockdown

If a passenger has booked a ticket during the first phase of lockdown period (25th March-14th April), the airline shall refund the full amount; refund to be made within a period of 3 weeks from date of request of cancellation: Ministry of Civil Aviation

They r Cancelling but they Provide Refunds for future Booking in form of Credits which is valid for 1 Year for their own Airlines..
I booked round trip n 5th March for the travel on 28th April and return on 7th May. What the hell , they are not giving any refunds for that!!!
you will get full refund for 28th april and high chances that 7th may flight will get cancelled as all flight will not start at once and will get full refund for that as well
Booked ticket for 6th May. Was going in a wedding. But wedding is cancelled. Now in dilemma what to do? No cancellation option in GoAir. Flipkart is saying if you will cancel it will attract cancellation fee. Don’t know if they will be operating also.
Better wait instead of cancelling it.
High chances that flight will get cancelled as flight operation will in resume in full.
Do you guys think lockdown will be over after 3rd may or it will be extended.
