Refund to pineperks card

Any idea whether the refund to rupay pineperks card is automatic (i.e., no need to ask wohoo to credit the refund?)? Never faced this refund to pinperks situation so far.

Usually its automatic , but if it doesnt come in a week , send them an email- [email protected]
Note- Woohoo is just the seller, they dont help with refunds and all
