Regalia First points calculations

As per the terms and conditions one point is equal to 0.3 rupees but when I go the redeem page the value of points is even less than 0.25 when redeemed in cash and .25 when redeemed in vouchers.
Did anyone redeemed the points earned in regalia d first and how much did they receive

0.30 is for flight and hotels booking via hdfc
0.15 is for crediting to statement

I contacted the HDFC CC they said min 2500 points is required to redeem and I cannot redeem those for cash even if it is showing.
If cash redemption is not possible Amazon Pay wallet payments will be best instead of credit card I think?
