Regalia vs DB card

Hello guys,
Want your suggestion on which is better regalia or Dinear black card.
I see I used to get 5% cashback on smart buy on regalia. But now they are giving reward points on FB card.
Also I see after upgrading regalia to DB they have deducted half of reward points while I see redemption value is same for both.

For me it is showing same when I am redeeming it . Is there any separate portal for that ?

Regalia redemption value it 50 paise, Diners Black is 1 rs.
