Regarding AMEX referral program

I already hold AMEX MRCC and was thinking of applying for another AMEX card under the current referral program which is going on. In the terms and condition of the referral program, it is mentioned that existing members are prohibited from this offer.

Any other way of getting new AMEX card under this?

Get referral from your friend / family member. If not use someone referral from Deal wiki of below post
