I plan to sell my car this year. Does insurance company matter while selling? Should I go with lowest premium or brand?

ideally no, but depends upon buyer.. Usually nobody asks for minute details about insurance policy except policy type.
Also get your NCB certificate from insurance company when you sell the car. It will help you to get NCB discount when you are buying a new car.
