regarding flipkart visa card

Video kyc not possible now. It disappears after 12AM next day. Physical KYC verification will be done shortly.

same happened with me, my vkyc failed now its gone to document pickup mode. did not recieve any call from any executive

Same for me, even when i was trying immediately, it was showing server error

Tried VKYC in morning & connection was interrupted before completion. Got a call from processing office in some other city & lady arranged physical KYC in half an hour. Was informed during the process that even after VKYC physical KYC will be done in most of the applications.

Ppl who completed VKYC, if we join in someone VKYC call and tell our application number will that person process my application to? ( my kyc scheduled in other city, contacted axis via twitter for VKYC, they told your application is with agent when you go back you can complete but I’m not gng to that city just for kyc). If there are any turnarounds pls guide. Thanks

I had applied for it on 10-Sep and completed VKYC on the same day. Received a call from Axis and they picked up the document the very next day on 11-Sep. Status changed to Card Generation on 13-Sep. It has been 5 days since the Card Generation and I am still awaiting updates.
