Regarding HDFC CC LTF Upgradation

Since I posted on HDFC infinia Life time free CC thread that my wife works at HDFC, I get a lot queries and asking for helps from some of you guys.
I’m posting here to those who missed it. If you have the Upgradation offer and unable to upgrade it or some other issues while doing so, DM me with the issue. I’ll forwaded it and try to get her resolved it.
If you’re eligible, she will arrange a call back from the customer care for verification. Go through usual verification process.
This is for only Upgradation of any variant, please dont ask off topic.
