I need help in understanding what are these PRICING OCT19 12TXN LTF and PRICING OCT19 06TXN FYF
it seems like they are referring to LifeTImeFree and FirstYearFree , if this is the case then how to fulfill these criteria..

Thank you ..my bad luck I had applied on the 31st of Oct… lol, and from Nov 1 they had started a free lifetime offer…Though I have spent 500X12+ transactions .. still it’s not showing qualified in those two fields.
I have Received my card on 11 Nov and it was approved on 6t nov
