Regarding magicpin Valentine's offer

Hello friends ,

On 16th Feb I redeemed 2 vouchers worth 4k in a restaurant but today I received call from restaurant owner that they didn’t received money in his bank account.

I already paid 1k in each voucher i.e Total 2k and even 10 days ago my one refund didn’t came of RS.150 for non acceptance of magicpin in a store at that day they they told me that I will get refund but already 10 days is over still I didn’t received any refund now they are also not responding.

Now please suggest me what to do now
Magicpin customer service is poorest .
Restaurant owner is asking for cash
