Tata neu card approved and received also..but card is blocked and hdfc mained me unable to approved this card . I am holding customer of Regalia. Kisi ke sath aisa hua hai kya..?

I got the card(Rupay) approved with 5K limit. Did two transactions through virtual card details available on Neu app. Yet to get the physical card in hand. I already have HDFC Millennia card

5k limit is temporary. it will set to full limit after 5 days from activation.

Send an email to Grievance.Redressalcc at hdfcbank.com and ask for the exact reason for this change of card status. Try to talk with your RM also on this. If all the responses are unsatisfactory, log a complaint in RBI Ombudsman portal.
