Regarding order cancellation & getting refund from Croma

Yesterday, I order a 1.5 ton Daikin split AC from croma online for installation in hall, but later we decided to install it in bedroom so I requested croma to cancel the order as the AC was non inverter & for small room 100 square feet, inverter is AC is suitable energy efficient. The customer care guy created a service request to cancel the order & told me not take delivery if the product is deliver to my address. My concern is how long does croma take to initiate refund.

3 days back I bought xiomi 11 lite mobile after that I decide to cancel immediately call to cc they can take request after 2 days my order canceled and Same day evening initiate refund

Was your already shipped? Btw thanks for letting me know. Actually, I am shopping first time on croma & I am not aware of cancellation, refund policy very well. They have taken SR to cancel the order but request is still open. Again I call today the customer care guy told me to wait 24~48 hours for confirmation.
