Regarding Paytm fraud

I have seen so many cases of Paytm fraud where scammers are using teamviewer and similar apps to get control over the device and rob money from the bank but how is this possible? The scammers are asking victims to pay Rs. 1 via debit/credit card and then withdraw the account balance to their account. How is this possible ?

Installing Teamviewer or AnyDesk on phone and allowing access to a scammer is exactly like handing over your phone to him. He can do anything on it as he please.
Technological illiteracy is the weapon for scammers.

These apps are remote managing apps.You install app on your phone & then tell other person the code that let other user using same app to connect to your phone after which whatever you do on your phone is visible on other person mobile screen & he can use his mobile screen & keys to do anything on your mobile screen.Scammer asks you to transfer a small amount & then see on his screen your password/pin because when your press keys on keyboard then he can also see the keyboard on his mobile screen seeing which keys are being pressed in the form of flash/blink/popup. After that he will put you on call & then use his phone to open the upi app on your mobile & enter the pin/password to transfer the money.
Oh ok. I knew about team viewer but did not know the scammer could literally see what you are doing on your device. 
Any one have the call conversation about how they make people to install them and get the access? I don’t understand 
why people install Anydesk/team viewer support apps for transferring money

its an app called AnyDesk , if u have two android devices just install it and do engineering from ur own side , u will get answer of all ur questions
