Regarding Swiggy 1 year membership

I have taken timesprime membership in 2 different account. In one account I activated SWIGGy 1 year by requesting them..I was able to see membership in 1 RS. But in the other account I want to activate it after 11 months when this membership will be ending. Can I do that by delaying in requesting to activate the membership in other timesprime account? Or shall I request them but don’t buy right now even if it is showing 1 RS year membership? What should be my approach!!
Please suggest me frens…
