Reliance Jio to raise tariffs by 40% from December 6
Come 6 December, Reliance Jio will raise mobile services rates by up to 40%.
“Jio will be introducing new ‘All in One’ plans with unlimited voice and data. These plans will have a fair usage policy for calls to other mobile networks. Although, the new plans will be priced upto 40 per cent higher, staying true to its promise of being ‘customer-first’, Jio customers will get up to 300 per cent more benefits,” the company said in a statement.
“While remaining committed to the ultimate interest of the consumer, Jio will take all necessary steps to help sustain the Indian telecommunications industry. Jio will continue to work with the governmentr on the consultation process for revision of telecom tariffs and looks forward to participation from all other stakeholders,” the company further said.

Ps: I haven’t used jio after IUC packs are introduced.
I will recharge with pure 1699 (UL on net) & then topup with IUC packs (50,100 etc) as required. Once IUC mins are over, I will topup again.

I have 32*50Rs. voucher now.
I haven’t used the vouchers as I always do recharge from Main Balance.
I don’t make much calls, and most calls are jio only.
So I prefer 399plan.+ top up with amazon and freecharge offers will do rest for iuc calls
is it better to queue 399 plans rather than doing 1699 recharge
So can i do this
(If i do 1699 recharge then per day cost 1649/364= 4.53)
5 times recharge 399 , 84days*5= 420 days
effective price 349*5=1745(420 days). per day cost=1745/420=4.15
per day savings 38 paisa(considering long term like 400 days we are saving 150+ rupees)
+
if i cant invest these much to jio i can do just 3 or 4 times 349 recharge which is not possible with 1699 plan

if you are satisfied with current benefits (as you have 2 plans of 399 in queue) then queue more such plans. otherwise, wait and you will get more benefits (in data and offnet calling) but you will need to pay more for that extra benefits..
