Guys my old reliance number was terminated due to inactivity. I know it will be on quarentine for some days. Any way to retrive it??? Customer care said not possible.

This no very important for me. My bank OTP associated with this. I can’t go to the bank as it’s in different state and I forgot the online banking password.. So this no was the only way..
Anyway those who are distributed for getting alert for this issue please unsubscribe me or I shall block you. Kya milta hai hume alert send karke!!! Tumahra naukar to nhi na… Jab deals alert.. If that’s the situation then I do not think you’ll be able to get that same number again. I’m telling you this from my personal experience. But, still as other dimers suggested rush quickly to nearest store with the documents & try your luck.

Brother, I understand your situation. But as much i know if you number is associated to the bank, and you’re an active dimer, then your number shouldn’t have been left idle for so long. And since you’ve got the power to send the alert or you got the subscribers under you doesn’t mean you can send any kinda alert. Assume, being doctor if i prescribe my patient to buy 1 TB HDD which isn’t at all related to the job, that makes the patient feel weird for sure.
Main concern is it’s your sole mistake to keep the number idle for a long duration knowing it’s otp associated and the bank is in different state. No offense though, i appreciate your hard work towards dd and us, but miss leading is kinda odd from a regular activities.
Anyway, do you know anyone working in reliance? If not then just go the the nearest store and raise the issue that you’ve been out for a serious matter and your number is registered to the bank and you need to do the transaction for an emergency… Hope it might work out a bit…

If the no. is tied just with the bank, so it’s not of much use elsewhere, then I suggest try changing the no. with the bank first cause reactivating an old no. is even more time consuming & may not be feasible despite your best efforts. If you do not remember the login details of your bank A/C then give an application in your nearest branch with Id & address proof, depending on how helpful the staff is you can get the new password mailed to you pretty quickly, maybe on the other (old?) address. You can then change the phone no. afterwards btw is it not possible via ATM, I’ve seen certain banks allowing the change via that route?

I have changed my numbers with some of the bank like icici,axis,hdfc ,SBI etc
Axis & Icici mobile number can be changed with ATM and branch .any branch .
Hdfc don’t have mobile number change in ATM .so a sign on an application form with customer ID or account number can be updated in any branch anywhere .
So policy is nearly same in banks. All banks accept mobile number updating application through courier or post from customers .application can be easily found on internet or a email to bank CC.
