Reliance SBI card

I have a Reliance SBI credit card.

It is now charging me ₹500 annual charges.

If I hit a ₹100,000 annual spend only then they will wave off the annual charges, which I didn't meet the criteria.

What do you suggest?

Should I migrate to another SBI card? Or do I just close this card?

I already have SBI cashback and SimplySave

you can't migrate to another card since this reliance is cobranded card, SBI dont allow migration of cobranded to any other card in its ecosystem

so your only option is close and apply new card

Side note: also another thing I heard is recently SBI is not issuing 3rd card (from an agent) just cross check with your side available agent before cancelling and trying to reapply

What is the rate of return?

The card offers approximately 5% cashback on Reliance-owned platforms like Netmeds. However, the benefits on JioMart are inconsistent — sometimes it provides 5% cashback, other times an instant discount, and occasionally even less. It's often unclear how the benefits are applied.

Thanks, Dimers! I called SBI, and they reversed the charges for this year.

However, it's still not LTF, so I'll probably have to call again next year if needed. 😄
