Remove lien from FD based card?

I have been using a secure card for over a year now.I want to close the FD and keep the card
FD limit is not high ,around 15000
Is it possible to do that

When lien is marked on your FD by the bank, the time is auto set to renew even if it is not shown on Fd receipt.. Yu can only release fixed deposit by cancelling & closing the card first.

Not possible in many banks. I have heard Axis allows it but only on case to case basis.
