No experience though, but they should be fine with 50-50 ownership document. Asking for ownership document looks strange, not all landlords will be comfortable with it.
Rent payment via Redgiraffe ?

I was exploring to pay rent via Redgirrafe this time.
The place where I live is owned by a husband and wife jointly (50-50) but I pay only to husband. I have a rental agreement and that is also made between me and that husband.
Now Redgiraffe is asking to upload BOTH rental agreement + proof of ownership.
Proof of ownership will have mismatch with rent agreement as ownership is 50%-50% husband-wife but rent agreement is only 100% with husband. Any one faced this issue?

why you have to submit proof of ownership rental agreement should be sufficient

No, I pay for more than 30k+ ,but ownership proof isn’t demanded by them

Why don’t u upload same document both places 😎 if they have objection they will revert to you. else job done ✅
Redgiraffe is the one with lowest fee right ? Or any other options

Other options are costly. Such as Nobroker, Cred.
Red charges 0.5%, Nobroker 1%, Cred1.5%. Cred is the worst.
Turns out no-broker is the best bet. All others are useless.
Does rent aggrement needs to be registered?
