Rent payment with upgraded HDFC card eligibility?

I recently got upgraded from Regalia to DCB under the alumni offer.
I earlier availed rent payment offers on my HDFC card for three consecutive months..the offer was something like “This year Pay 2021 less with your HDFC card”
Now I don’t see similar offer for 2022, and with the new upgraded card.
- Will this new card be eligible for similar offer if they roll again, any first hand experience?
- Is it worth to wait by not using this card on rent payments?

I didn’t even proceed with this offer because after few weeks when I had some doubt & decided to check the email of this offer the T&C link wasn’t working as if the details were removed from that link. In hdfc case unless you are extremely lucky if there is no official link to backup your offer claim(or you have saved the entire page screenshot initially) then you can forget about getting it.

When did you get the benefits because this offer first appeared in my email in Nov last year & by Dec the link for offer T&C was gone?

Received the offer mailers beginning March 2021 every month. Used the card for rent payments via payzapp on nobroker for June July August. There is some 3x reward promotion that lured me to try this. After doing enough background check, took the leap. And at the end I got all the benefits involved.
On a similar note, may be I should keep my DCB reserved for a month or so to see if they will roll any rental related offers for 2022.

Can someone confirm if they got reward points for rent payments via payzapp redgiraffe on DCB? My transaction is settled and listed as instapay non bbps payment and didn’t get any reward points.

As per their terms, additional X rewards are not applicable for BillPay(Rent) categories

I think customer care mentioned something like this is reflected as insurance transaction, so they took an additional day to credit it. Probably checking that 5k limit on insurance payments.

You had any insurance transactions in this month? See how much points is allowed by your card for insurance spends. If you exceed that, u won’t get points.
If it is within limit, contact customer care.
