Hi sir,
My name Abhilash from Kerala I Was order a HomeTown Greta Engineered Wood TV Entertainment Unit through FLIPKART on August 7th 2020 -Order ID – OD119367590992933000.The product was damaged so I escalate the complaint to Flipkart and return request to Flipkart but no one not doing follow up or give Me revert. September first week I call Flipkart customers care they said you got your replacement on 20 th September. Iam not my item replacement I call Flipkart customers 12 times But revert was pathetic….customer care executive was not given solutions only reason… … 2month ago still iam getting a solutions…on of the executive said to call vendors number…I believe Flipkart not the thrid party vendors….so please replace my product as soon as possible.I attached the some follow up data please find.
