Returning the Non - Returnable item on Amazon - Tablet

Ordered the tab a7 and found it to be not good enough, my 5th gen Ipad is far superior in terms of quality and productivity, so I headed towards amazon cc only to find its non returnable item! have paid 16k for this sh*t and want to return it!! any workaround??

Samsung included a sub-par screen in Tab A7 (compared to S6 Lite) while the display quality is much better on RealMe pad and Lenovo M10 FHD Plus (2nd Gen)

Anyways.. there is no replacement option too?

Yes replacement is there, but the tab itself isn’t good enough. The chat support sings the same song of it being non returnable product really pissed off..

If it is a 100 or 200 rupees item and you are value customer Amazon may refund without taking return of the item

but this is a huge purchase, can’t say if it will workout, but try to negotiate with customer care showing your position as a worthy and valuable customer who did good business for them and didn’t return items unless it is absolutely useless or not suitable for your purpose.

hey dude you should have to check the performance of the product at any mall or at the brand display store.
Trying to return an item just because it didn’t perform as per your expectations is not right and it’s a loss for the seller.

I agree its unethical, I usually dont practice such things or return products after unboxing, incase i dont like I pass it on to other family member but this time I ordered this on behalf of my aunt and she being using my ipad expected the same quality and hence returning it coz she is quite unhappy (tried my best to convince her), U know aunty things, “kya mangaya ye, isse achha bla bla”…Now being a loyal customer for a such long cant I expect Amazon do me a favour this time? grinning

get the replacement.sell that sealed pack to some shop. they will give u same price as bill or even more if u know them.

Buy all stock of same model from any useless id on COD, if no unit limit is set by amazon. Then you will get option of returning tablet. After return initiate, cancel COD orders.😁

Order replacement then cancel replacement then place order for return through customer care this method worked for me you can try it grinning

Obviously it’s your mistake for not checking return policy of the product. Realme pad was best option for the price you paid and it was selling for 14.5k this sale.
No compulsion on Amazon to do a favour but if you are persistent they will initiate return based on your purchase history but your account will be on watchlist for some time.

What happens if we refuse to take delivery of a new product (not a replacement order)? Does it have adverse effect on account?

Last month received defective Ipad, I have asked for replacement but Amazon CC said we can only provide refund as there is no replacement option available. confused confused
