More than your luck, it depends on the capability/efficiency of the workers in your city.
Almost always i received my full order, except in only one instance, where the worker is lazy enough to search for muskmelon weighing one kilo, so during delivery, he said he didnt find the fruit, so marking the item as “reject due to damage” infront of me. got the refund immediately (or maybe within a day). Other than that, my experience was smooth.
If the product is not available, they will initiate the refund before invoice is generated on delivery day, which happened several times.

In our area, in chennai, the delivery and everything is good and refunds also instant. You can try, can’t comment on other states or cities. I always tried online payment, even for veggies different, even small amount they refunded within 1 or 2 days. The deliver is also very quick, mostly next day,
I never faced any issue on jio mart.

I have some queries:
So the delivery person him/herself prepares the order and deliver??
Also can I check the product’s and then pay as per received item if order is cod/pod.
Jio’s digital system (i cant recollect the exact word for their software system to handle their end to end flow) for onboarding of customers (remember jio’s initial free sim days, their digital system seems to be flawless since then) to the current jiomart, where everything can be handled in their mobile apps itself. The only problem lies with the people, who are not sufficiently trained on their systems.
Initial hiccups for any new tech, but jio bulldozing it with their might in every area they are stepping in.
P.S: How much ever we hate jio for their business tactics, we have to give due credit in certain areas.
They improved alot now…

This actually varies. The invoice, at times get generated late in the evenings, and delivery happens the next day, so cant be the same person always.
Yes, if its COD, or maybe even online payment provided, the delivery guy carries the device with him, and can mark it as reject due to poor quality. Better to ensure he does that reject entry in device infront of us to avoid any issues.
Just order through COD and open the package and pay for the product which looks good and aren’t missing.
With prepaid orders, getting refund doesn’t seem easy especially when the product is missing in the package. Often, some items wouldn’t be available. So, the best option is to go with COD.

Never tried with COD, so can’t comment on the payment options in this case.
Here’s an update Guys:
Received Order today luckily nothing is missing and everything as per I ordered except one thing “Tide detergent bar’s” which were supposed to be 170gm but got 150g bars.
Received 2 complimentary savlon handwash packs each worth ₹36(36×2)
Order took a bit of time (ordered on 17th around 4pm) but driver tracking is there which is good.
Placed order on cod and opened packet and checked everything before.
As order was cod he said can accept only cash.
Overall it was a good experience.

Central India (location): my parents order just 3-4 (900grams?) units of one of the regular jaggery brand used.
One huge carton and fairly smiling person arrived they said. I wondered if his eyes smiled or he did not have a mask (and smile was visible).
Carton was discarded, but some masks inside were kept along with the grocery.
The delovery store was some 7-8 kilometers away.
So i asked Maa about what delivery charges paid. but after checking with Paa, she said that Jio mart is currently not charging delivery charges.
Now, i am tempted😉 to order just ‘one’ unit of the 15rupees (50% off) Tulips brand ear bud, to check if there really is no Minimum cart value restriction😠 and no delivery charges either!
Order through mobikwik wallet and save 5%. Even if some amt is refunded, it will be credited within 24 hrs. company packed product are same from where ever u buy but can’t say abt quality of vegetable and local packed product. My experience is good with jiomart

I have ordered 12 times till now on jiomart. All prepaid. No issues faced yet.
FRAUD JIO MART… CHEATERS!! NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM… they delivered incorrect order by swapping someone else’s ₹100/- item with my ₹1500/- items and now neither they are refunding money nor sending the items back. It’s been over 1.5 months and I am still following up, but they are not responding.

1) 2 times order has been cancelled and whenever I call customer support, they just say 'Due to Technical Error' order has been cancelled. Refund is not yet initiated, they say it will take 7 working days.
2) Customer support team are worst, not having proper communication, not having proper communication skills.
3) Very worst behaviour from JioMart.
4) Later, prices are increased too much, I think this is the reason they have cancelled those 2 orders.
