Ring app which we used in June for transferring money from Amazon Pay to bank account, has reported to CIBIL /Experian. It's showing as SI Creva Capital. But the loan amount is showing as total purchases of the month instead of the limit allotted. I was allotted Rs 2000 limit in Ring . After using up the entire limit, I repaid it several times in June month to get back the limit and reuse it to transfer from Amazon Pay to bank acc. This way I end up transferring Rs 16767 in June. The same amount of Rs 16767 is shown as Loan in CIBIL and Experian. It should ideally be the limit allotted of Rs 2000.
Anyways, was anyone able to close this limit permanently?? If yes, can anyone share the process??
Also, I am new to this credit line. This is my first credit line. Is it good to close the loan in three months of issue?

I think this is the case with all BNPL services now (at least the loan lines issued after the new RBI regulations). Internally every transaction creates a new loan but these apps report the aggregate amount (once every month) as a single loan to credit bureaus (Ex: Slice)

I have closed my Ring account permanently around 40 days ago but haven't received the NOC yet. Complaint them many times in last 30 days, but they are replying everytime to wait for 48 hours but no NOC shared yet. Any idea whom to complaint now??
