Rs.39 recharge no outgoing validity

My outgoing was expired.
Recharged with 39 but outgoing still not started. Called customer care,guy told minimum 49 recharge is needed for outgoing. But I got 30 as secondary balance. What is the use of it when outgoing stopped?

Bro,first of all you should have checked benefits of 39 rs recharge before recharge..Now,as tou said about benefit of secondary balance..It works only as a backup for outgoing calls amd sms..I mean like you have any validity pack active,then you can use this secondary balance for calls and sms..

Wait for sometime. In V! ₹39 has service validity of 14 days with ₹30 secondary talktime balance. It will take sometime to update.
CC support is dumb.. don’t believe them.
Did recharge yesterday morning.
Called yesterday,girl told issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Again called today after 24 hrs ,guy told min 49 recharge is needed for outgoing now.He also told system changed one week back.
Bro change to BSNL. 365 rs for 365 days

Check bsnl network in your area and then Port to BSNL for just incoming call and sms, if working fine. Best.
I ported out my Airtel to bsnl. Surprised to seee that indoor coverage and speed is better than my jio primary number.
When I scanned for available mobile networks through settings I could see only Airtel,Jio,Vi
A new problem in Vi
I am not able to call a particular BSNL landline number from Vi.
When I dial the number call gets cut without ringing
The same number I am able to call via Airtel
Tried from all Vo sims in the house
Earlier before Vi came into existence ,this problem was only with Idea not with Vodafone.
Emailed Vi and ever since then they are calling every 2-3 days and saying the issue is resolved. Then I call the landline number and check but still no ringing .Then I say not resolved. But they say it is resolved from their end and then I scold them that it is not resolved
After 2-3 days again I get call from Vi and then same thing…

Yes. I had faced the same issue earlier in Vi. Despite UL pack couldn’t place a call to the local Apollo Pharmacy. Vi deserves to die a quick death. I have almost 9k balances across all my Vi nos. but I wouldn’t mind much if it shuts down.
V! has auto debited ₹45 without any notification today, even though disabled auto-debit feature (hope i done it 1.5 years back). My validity expires on yesterday, i was planned to do ₹100 recharge (as spl offer i will get regular TT with 28 days validity) today, but V! did this crap persevere
I think atleast airtel sending alert msg regularly before deduction of service validity extension, but V! is really bad !
