Rupay Card Not working on Amazon

1. I’ve three different Rupay debit cards of United Bank of India.
2. 3 Separate bank accounts of family members.
3. 3 Different amazon account on 3 phones.
Now the issue is I can load money using those cards just fine but whenever I’m about to make any purchase with Rs. 250 discount amazon is showing there’s some issue with the card. The payment page would not even redirect to bank’s payment page.
Any solution or anyone else facing this issue.
Note : never cross used any of these debit cards ever on any amazon accounts. Getting all the regular offer on all of these accounts.

you have rupay card of UBI ?
Ordered two times by rupay card. Ndsl and PNB. Even paytm bank rupay card is showing discount.
Discount is showing but the order placing is getting failed at the end. Not even going to the bank’s payment page but I can add money with these cards just fine.
From " You’ll be securely redirected to Rupay to enter your password and complete your purchase. " It redirects only to amazon and shows :
“Sorry, there is a problem contacting your bank”
Tried with SBI CC and Union Bank of India DC, both of them works.
once upon a time Amazon tieup with Billdesk payment gateway to accept RuPay cards in India,
now in 2020, RuPay card customer base increase but amazon still depend on Billdesk payment gateway to accept all RuPay cards.
use any wallet issue RuPay cards like zeta, dhanipay, yespay, fampay, slice etc or buy pineperks RuPay gift card from woohoo – https://www.woohoo.in/pineperks-rupay-generic-e...
offer valid on all types of RuPay cards.
Woohoo charge 2% processing fee
I too have ubi rupay debit card. All ubi debit cards are disabled for e-commerce transactions. You have to re enable it on umobile app
checked my cards .. they all are enabled for e-commerce transaction with limit upto 1.25 L in a single day and I can load apay balance using those cards.

The only way I was able to pay was using retry payment option. Ordered from all 3 accounts after 8:45Pm . Usually amazon sends/gives retry payment option after 20 mins of order placing – in my case it took almost 3 hours. Anyway, everything ended nicely at last. Thanks to dimers for their info sharing and new ideas. learnt some useful things.
I tried zeta app but my card is Mastercard in zeta and not rupay, tried dhani but it’s free for 1st month then 250/month, didn’t try yespay so now i need fampay invite to create account

Exactly ditto same issue I am facing as OP . Don’t know the reason behind this. Happening from last 48 hrs
