The error says credit card bill payment through another credit card is not allowed. How is this a credit card payment ?
I even unchecked Paytm wallet balance.

Both are enabled. I used it already for 2 UPI payments. But now it isn't working
if it is BOB, change your card limit refresh to "daily"

I have recently obtained HDFC virtual Rupay UPI credit card. But all my upi merchant transactions are failing. I have enabled online spends and Merchant outlet through MyCards portal.

If Paytm UPI QR then use phonepe app and phonepe UPI QR then use paytm app.
While making upi payments through rupay cards to merchants I get error that
Payment was declined if any deducted amount will be refunded in 3 working days.
Why this happens as it happens with few merchants only.
