Rupay credit card bill payment not supported

If possible, please tag rupay credit card users @abhishek012 @Scorpion @PowerStar @Tanmayyy @Mayavi @xxxyyyzzz @Seinfeld

Cred should definitely be there. If u pay like 1000, 1001/2/3/4. You can get 5-10 in each transaction, so overall cashback of about 0.75%. If bill is more than 5k then it reward rate reduces.

Used cred for 5 1k payments already

Well it’s an out of context question, how did you apply for the rupay credit card? Did you visit the branch or it was online? And in how many days had you received it?

I applied for a card and got rupay by luck. Completely online. Received in 20 days from date of application

Actually I applied for rupay credit card in BOB, Only kyc is pending but doesn’t look like it will be done anytime soon. Everytime i initiated the kyc vcall it goes unanswered only.

Almost a month.
And now not sure if the vkyc link is valid or not.

During banking hours. Preferably morning or afternoon

Contact Paytm, Mobikwik and Airtel Wallet customer support na. They will add BOB RuPay credit card due bill payment.

Just check, Few BOB RuPay BINs are now added on Paytm cc bill pay.

Paytm Supported BOB RuPay BINS - 356132, 356133, 356162.

Paytm Unsupported BOB RuPay BINS - 652920, 652921, 652970 (I think this are new upcoming BOB RuPay cards).

All 3561 series supports now I think. Previously when I enter 3561, it will immediately say “card not supported”

hmm, what about Mobikwik and Airtel wallet ?

By the way Bajaj UPI app also supported ? Bajaj app also give 10% upto 50 off on BOB CC bill payment.

Raised with Mobikwik and you already know how they delay everything. For Airtel, I use the Airtel Amazon trick to pay BoB card bill so didn’t bother.

How much it takes to show payment in BOB transactions? For me, it says sucess immediately in Paytm app. But in BOB login page, even after 3 days, it doesn’t even come in unsettled transactions. And even Credit limit doesn’t adjust.

Will take upto 5 working days. Credit limit won’t be adjusted until then. Bill payments will not come under unsettled. For instant payment reflection, use their own portal.

Update: BBPS now supports newly issued BoB rupay credit cards for payments. Apps Like Airtel and Bajaj uses BBPS. HDFC Billpay also introduced BoB payments via BBPS recently. Mobikwik and PhonePe is still adamant and doesn’t allow.

Even I am facing Video KYC issue. Tried more than 20 times, time will be tickling but no executive will get connected. Fed up and stopped trying

What he meant was, it fetches the bill amount, not the entire bill.  It will ask last four digit cc number and registered mobile number, then it will show the outstanding bill amount.  In fact i already paid couple of days before and payment reflected instantly.

BOB CC bill pay also added on Bharat Bill Pay System (BBPS).

BBPS “fetch” your electricity, gas, insurance, credit card etc bills.

you can also manually enter any amount and pay your BOB CC bills on BBPS.
