Short description -
RuPay card, UPI, IMPS, Fastag issuer bank/entity send you are survey link via SMS/Whastapp/In-app notification after your transaction. Customer need to complete the survey to share their transaction experience.
NPS (Net Promoter Score) backend –
Based on the responses received, the Voice of Customers (VoC) and Computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATl) for a selected base for further deep dive, which will be collected by an agency appointed by NPCI, deep insights will be shared with Member banks/entities by NPCI on a timely basis to improve the customer experience continuously.

If you dnt want to give survey send dnt click the survey link, when you receive from bank.

Ya, i already ask RuPay support, last reply i got they are working on it.
@wackophant did you tried loungekey registration using your Union bank RuPay JCB debit card ? here - https://www.loungekey.com/en/...2/
Activate the International e-com transaction and try, let me know if you successfully register.
