You don't have any right to fight this case anywhere else.... Amazon sells their products for end customer and not for resellers... You will be in risk if you keep talking this more
I appreciate amazon and mobile phone providers for bringing transparency. Good job... keep it up

I had bought 2 S23 mobile in first sell in march month where so many offers running with cc and exchange.
I have received both mobile on 23rd march (i have purchased both in exchange with cc offer).
I reselled it to shop owner on 25th march. Shop owner sold one pc on 29th march and then called me.
Surprisingly he showed me that both pc are sealed pack but it showing actived on 25th march. And activation was done from amazon seller "appario retail from haryana" (This information taken from local Samsung service center help through EMI).
When shop owner sold one pc to customer on 29th and active it, in Samsung galaxy it shows activation on 25th and this is 5th day. So he investigate and called me.
This was really painful as such high price mobile cant sold in active condition for good price.. Ultimately we both had to bear good profit loss.
Question is how amazon seller can activate sealed pack mobile. This case is like cheating someone.
Those who are reselling have an alarm here particularly in high price mobiles.
What can be done in such cases. Any one has some guidance here or some experiences like this

You are doing illegal stuff. Stop doing that.
This was a first hic. Learn some lessons and don't let karma hit harder.
Nothing new in Samsung even Samsung shop mobiles also comes activate even 10-20k mobiles also.
It's call gmcs upload samsung delar have a separate site. https://www.mcs-swa.com/MCS2/Local/P...l/ because of in sell rate is lower and the when we activating phone the sell is gone delar get loss if not active on sell time. So that's why.

My question vis how it is possible in seal pack condition
I think the activation date being referred to is the invoice or sale date communicated by the Seller to the manufacturer for warranty purposes. The piece could be in sealed condition, in such case and warranty activated. It should not have been a problem as in any case warranty was effective from the 1st official sale date as per invoice and not on activation. I think the reseller duped you to take an extra cut
Same thing happened with me recently when i ordered my phone from flipkart. After a massive argument on twitter, email, consumer portal they finally agreed to replace the phone.
Imo, this should be done by all companies. 2 benefits:
1. It'll stop illegal reselling
2. Customers get better transparency, we will know if phone was sold to anyone earlier.
Does S23 sold in India has any camera 'banana blur' issues?
