I am getting samsung s23 ultra brand new here in india at 93000/ nett- and price in dubai around 82000/- .
My brother coming from dubai.
is there any issue in using samsung phones from dubai like network , 5g bands etc.

Not sure about Dubai but I had s9 plus from Europe and yes there was a network support issue as band was not optimised for India, no call recording, and updates received are optimised for Europe not India. I bought s22 ultra from India then. So as per my view, I will never go for our of India phone
for mere 10k don't go with imported one as the band issue, warranty issue and re-sale price will be less.
It was cheapest on Amazon with old phone exchange

You will not able claim warranty as Samsung does not provide international warranty like Apple. Bands will not be issue as far I know because many ppl import apple iPhone from & they don't have issue with networks but not sure 5G bands would be compatible with Indian bands or not.
