Sahara India Refund Portal issues

Question: maturity year for my sahara investment is 2029, am i eligible for refund?

What is this refund actually for? somebody explain please.

Will they provide maturity amount or invested amount?

After inserting the adhaar no. OTP field is not active under 2nd step of registration.

Kindly help

Yes as per my knowledge bec they are no more functional

Most likely only invested amount. Right now only 10000 in first instalment.and rest will follow later

You are right but if I was in your position I would still file claim because there is no logic to wait till 2029/maturity year. At max they’ll reject your claim saying you can file in later versions or some time later when launched for that year

I was also thinking the same but they only know why they added that T&C. I am thinking to file the claim but the refund limit seems to be less, and there is no clarity what will happen with the remaining amount which will not be refunded now.

I think the limit is only 10000 as of now for refund, right? also are they refunding based on the deposit amount or maturity amount?

So the form says you need to mention deposited amount. 
Example I have deposited 16000 in deposit. I’ll get 10000 in 45 days approx in first tranch and remaining balance will also be released but after successful transaction of 10000. Second release will take some time as they need to take approval from supreme court for more funds after initial success.

When I m entering otp on second page it is asking to seed aadhar with bank account but my bank account is already added with aadhar

Best time to use the site :: 11PM IST - 7 AM IST

Use Incognito browser mode.
[Disable cache from network tab, if knows about inspect/developer mode option].
If failed multiple times in (2 or more) in OTP validation/generation step, close the browser and try again after 15 minutes.

On the portal of sahara refund i am stuck on step 2 when i enter the number of my aadhar card its showen the aadhar number is used by another dipositor how can i move forward please any one help me for this

Your account maybe in some Cooperative Bank, try and update some Private Bank Ac no. in Aadhar

Go to refund portal > complete registration based on Aadhar card > Login with aadhar no. > add all claims details including photos of certificate > Generate form bases on claims filled > sign on form and attach picture > upload form and you are done.

I am geting error please conplete aadhar details..what to do as aadhar is already linked and complete

Maybe your bank account number is not linked to Aadhar
