Why not 'joining fee'/ annual fee too.
And like how Airtel started charging 50 paise per minute, if speaking to a human support associate,
Same way they could have customer support as a chargeable service.
Penalties for not having Minimum Quarterly Average balance Orders.
Re-stocking fee is anyway implemented I think, to remove free returns in certain categories.
