The worst T&C is
If the order which has been cancelled was placed at a special price, under cash back, exchange, upgrade or any other offer, the same offer benefit can be availed on a new transaction only post successful processing of refund.
& they take more than 10 working days to initiate refund..by that time everything will be gone

It seems Samsung allows to buy extended warranty for its mobiles. Could be useful if not exorbitantly expensive in light of the apparent motherboard failures in M/F series soon after warranty expiration.
