Go to device care – click memory – Run Now.
once its done close all open apps (if any) and restart your phone.

Service center is the only way then
A hard reset might not help you but a firmware downgrade can do (Which the samsung guys can do if they want to). Last option is camera module replacement (which is the first preference for brand service center because its the easiest one_

No, Last time visited Local Mobile Shop and he told that Connection is loose over there and he fixed the camera issue but after some days it’s the same issue
Some other rogue app seems to be recording through your camera. Beware
