Got promotional emails from samsung india saying that i was eligible for 10,000 evoucher if i pre order fold 3 before 09-sept-2021 and i purchased it on 09-sept itself and got the delivery on 10-sept. according to email i should be receiving the voucher in 7days but i never got it

called customer care number like 10 times and they don’t have any info on this offer and they asked me to email, which i did. then i got a reply saying that i will receive the voucher in 24-48hrs but never received it once again

once again i replied to that email also but never received any reply, its like they are ignoring me

  • i have already contacted
  • twitter support (they are like robots, says contact customer care number),
  • customer care number (asking me to email them)
  • email support abandon ship. i think i got caught in a scam. i should have stayed with my iPhone 12 pro max sad

HOW TO TAKE ACTION ON SAMSUNG?

Please check the time frame
Because this type of promotion definitely needs time
and they may process within that time frame
that 7 days maybe after 30th Sep
so they may process voucher before 7th october

On amazon 10K off coupon was available on pre-order. Should have gone with that instead of CB voucher

Customer care is clueless and dumb AF bro, i am also facing some issues.
Your best bet for now is to write a detailed mail right now and please don’t waste one extra minute talking to customer care, you already know more than them.

Write a detailed email to the Level 2 Grievance Office, then maybe CEO or service head ([email protected]) if possible. [Follow hierarchy else they wont entertain]
I also did the same, but I can’t do much as acc. to T&C, my freebie will be delivered within 30 days, (I am on 26 days now)>
I will wreak havoc if my issue (different) is not solved or I get a reasonable justification for delay alongwith compensation by then.

Sorry that you are trapped brother. Samsung has one of the worst support team.

I had similar such experience with s10 purchase back then where I was supposed to get a galaxy watch for 5k but eventually after weeks of follow up I had to give up

• In case of any mismatch between the number on which the Offer SMS was received, and the redemption mobile
number, the customer will not be able to avail the Offer and no claims will be entertained in this regard. (Since you are thinking about taking legal actions, I hope this is not the case)
• In case customer is eligible for the Offer and still is not able to avail Offer, he/she may call – Samsung eStore helpdesk 1800-40-726-7864, or email at [email protected] (You already tried these, I also suggest Ajit Kumar, Grievance Officer)
• The complaint (if any) should be registered before 31st December 2021 with the Mobile number on which Offer SMS was received along with proof of SMS. No claims will be entertained post 31st December 2021, irrespective of eligibility. (Nothing to do here, you already did this)

I think it has mostly got to do with received offer notification and mobile number on Offer.
Please check SMS and spam folder also, maybe you already got and missed it in the spam folder

That depends bro, Sometimes the offer Samsung gives on products, Amazon and Flipkart cant even match it remotely close.
Plus Samsung has a huge product catalogue, so they can easily afford to do that.

Damm. Should I have gone for 44 too. My wrist are small. How’s the battery life?

Also I went with classic version as I already have the active 2 bluew version

If possible, cancel 40mm. I Preordered 40mm for 19k,cancelled and paid 5k extra for 44mm bt version.
Don’t regret my decision.
I’m glad i went with 44mm.
And dont get lte variant, atleast not in india.
You won’t get gpay or Samsung pay.

Classic one is subjective, i couldn’t justify paying 8k extra for stainless steel build and that mechanical bezel(which is very cool imo).
I use spigen case and tempered glass so would have to hide it anyways.
