Got promotional emails from samsung india saying that i was eligible for 10,000 evoucher if i pre order fold 3 before 09-sept-2021 and i purchased it on 09-sept itself and got the delivery on 10-sept. according to email i should be receiving the voucher in 7days but i never got it

called customer care number like 10 times and they don’t have any info on this offer and they asked me to email, which i did. then i got a reply saying that i will receive the voucher in 24-48hrs but never received it once again

once again i replied to that email also but never received any reply, its like they are ignoring me

  • i have already contacted
  • twitter support (they are like robots, says contact customer care number),
  • customer care number (asking me to email them)
  • email support abandon ship. i think i got caught in a scam. i should have stayed with my iPhone 12 pro max sad

Please check the time frame
Because this type of promotion definitely needs time
and they may process within that time frame
that 7 days maybe after 30th Sep
so they may process voucher before 7th october

On amazon 10K off coupon was available on pre-order. Should have gone with that instead of CB voucher

Customer care is clueless and dumb AF bro, i am also facing some issues.
Your best bet for now is to write a detailed mail right now and please don’t waste one extra minute talking to customer care, you already know more than them.

Write a detailed email to the Level 2 Grievance Office, then maybe CEO or service head ([email protected]) if possible. [Follow hierarchy else they wont entertain]
I also did the same, but I can’t do much as acc. to T&C, my freebie will be delivered within 30 days, (I am on 26 days now)>
I will wreak havoc if my issue (different) is not solved or I get a reasonable justification for delay alongwith compensation by then.

Samsung has hundreds of thousand employees, if you try to reach them via improper stalking methods. They won’t even entertain you.
Do you really think a VP or high position employee has the time to bother about 10k lost vouchers of a random purchase made online.
I suggest you use the proper channel for grievances. They are a huge conglomerate and they will honor all the pre book offers. It’s unfortunate and frustrating the some of us has to go through all these hassles, that’s the reason they have multiple phases of help and support laid out.

I Preordered galaxy watch 4 and got free galaxy buds live. I have received my watch on first day but buds live hasn’t been delivered yet (promised day was 15th September).
I raised level 2 grievance, please suggest what to do for faster delivery. Order is still at confirmed stage

I called customer care 5 times, and then after running out of patience emailed their grievance officer Ajit Kumar. Expecting reply by Monday or Tuesday. Hope he’ll help out. I already wasted 1 hour interacting with customer support via calls and emails.


Try to get hands on comprehensive T&C of that offer, maybe they have mentioned in a clause that you’ll get the voucher within 30 days or so. If that’s the case then you’ll have to wait for it unfortunately.


In my case, they promised frew buds live, order page showed delivery by 15th. But in t&c, they have said I’ll recieve buds live within 30 days of making full payment. So i don’t have much choice but to wait.
I already initiated grievance redressal so that it gains traction if i don’t get it by 30 days.

I had similar such experience with s10 purchase back then where I was supposed to get a galaxy watch for 5k but eventually after weeks of follow up I had to give up

Yes i saw that and i even mentioned in earlier post that it’s unfortunate and frustrating that “some” of us has to go through all the hassle to get it.
I am also experiencing something quite similar, i know they’ll honor the pre book offers.

pre order meaning basically ordering lol. it asked me to pay full amount. how the hell should i know when they will ship

pre order and order both are same for samsung

edit : the only difference between pre order and purchasing after that date is stock availability

you are mistaking pre order for pre booking. pre booking is different which is only for 6hours

Yes, that’s why i asked him to go through detailed T&C. Chances are high that he may have missed some fine details and if not then maybe its Samsung fault which they need to address.
They have a very robust supply chain throughout India. In my case Buds live is available everywhere but not in their own house so they can’t knock one off from any nearest store and deliver it to me. sweat_smile

if they were to ship directly like they did in ur case then they wouldnt have mentioned the purchasing step 2

thats what i was saying, their step 2 is misleading… they should have mentioned like prebook from 24 aug to 9 sept and get 10k voucher…

step 2 makes it complicated… if the other person got voucher then u shud also get voucher… 2k or 2699 was for the Vip pass i guess…

Bro, They are tying customers to its Samsung shop app. That’s why the whole “same number” drama.

It’s quite similar for the watch 4 Prebook also. Too many tricky terms and conditions each varying a lot from where u purchase.
I highly recommend you to somehow get a detailed t&c pdf of the offer u availed just to check if in case you missed something.
I am not saying its your fault but just make sure you met all the terms and condition.

used the same emailid, same mobile number and purchased though the link given. so no mistake anywhere

and also there is no pdf anywhere to find the t and c for this offer. even Samsung cc docent know about this offer

they simply said if you receive the email then you will get the voucher. thats it
