Own a samsung m30s and from few weeks almost 30% of screen frombottom of phone is turned black. Nothing is visible. At times screen flickers and sometimes partial visible.

Tried basics like, updating sw, reset settings, safe mode, nothing worked so far.

Anyone faced similar issues or way to get it done?

Phone has not fallen and no damage to phone.

Maybe it was pressed. 90% display is kaput 10% mobo. Get it replaced since it should be in warranty, though it will be hard to convince them that it is not a case of physical damage.

Perhaps display is dying, or maybe some data lines of flex cable attached to display are broken. It would be easy for me to guess if you had shared a photo of display. You should get it replaced. Samsung M30 has super amoled display which will cost you nearly 4-5K if you get it from Samsung care. For cut corner, you go for duplicate display (IPS/TFT not Super Amoled) that will cost you under 2K. Drawback of duplicate display: No gorilla glass protection makes the display prone to break easily on falling, faded colors & dull brightness, sometime touch are not that responsive.

More than 15months so no warranty I suppose. Had Bought from amazon.

For sw issues, will try one more time factory reset.

Will this get exchanged? Sometimes black screens opacity goes very low and can see everything bt just fine line visible. After sometime, that 30% part goes completely back.
