yet to check the video you posted, but in early years of long haul flying.. often almost had panic attacks.
as had to choose between remaining seat-belted for as long as possible
versus risking deep vein thrombosis.
Especially if one remains in the seated position, on long haul flights, it is especially important to get up and walk or do light stretchs.. every 3-4 hours.
And in other cases too.. one phobia (unjustified fear) and justified fear of mine is.. for things to not jump the blood-brain barrier.
