Iam looking to open a savings account. However, lost my pan card few days back and again getting a new one would take sometime. Is there any option where we can apply for a savings account without Video KYC and manually submit our id and address(I mean a copy of Pan card) on their site or app. Please let me know if you know any banks with such option. Zero balance or Minimum amount of something around 1-2k would be much helpful.

Open Kotak 811 from mobile browser, add details. It will open with some limitations. Then complete Full KYC after sometime at branch.

"@anaksr":https://www.desidime.com/users/...84 Apart from 811, NSDL payments Bank Jiffy 0 balance account is also an option. Fully app based and no vkyc yet but only selfie, aadhar OTP verification, pan number entry, nothing to upload. They do not have many branches yet, only maybe 2 branches in Mumbai. ₹5+gst/month account maintenance charges, free virtual debit card (rupay platinum, works in Amazon load money offer), get physical card at ₹300+gst/yr. Load money through NEFT, UPI or IMPS.

Bandhan bank used to open without vkyc, but they took down digi account application page for the time being for adding vkyc maybe...

I hope you have already ordered a pan card reprint that usually takes 15days to deliver...

If not Videokyc, they might do Biometric authentication via Aadhaar after account creation (Experienced the same with 2/3 digital banking accounts past few years)
